1. Academic Integrity
Misconduct includes:
- Plagiarism (copying without acknowledgment)
- Submitting another’s work as your own
- Unauthorized collaboration
- Falsifying data or results
- Cheating during assessments
Violations may result in: assignment failure, course failure, suspension, dismissal, or certificate withholding.
2. Attendance & Participation
- Attend scheduled sessions
- Actively participate in discussions
- Complete assignments by deadlines
- Repeated absence affects certificate eligibility
3. Assignment Submission
- Submit by stated deadlines
- Late submissions may incur penalties
- Practical application prioritized over theory
4. Certification
Granted upon: completion of modules, assignment submission, satisfactory evaluations, full payment.
5. Code of Conduct
Professional behavior required. Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
6. Digital Conduct
- Use real names in sessions
- No inappropriate content
- No unauthorized recording
- Do not share login credentials
- No unauthorized distribution of content
7. Disciplinary Process
Incident review → Written warning → Investigation → Academic Committee decision
Sanctions: Warning, penalty, suspension, dismissal, certificate revocation.
8. Acknowledgment
By enrolling, students acknowledge they have read this policy, agree to comply, and understand consequences of violations.
