1. Course Enrollment Refunds
Before Course Commencement:
- Refund requests up to 7 days before start date
- Processing fee may apply
- Approved refunds processed within 14 business days
After Course Commencement:
- No refunds once materials accessed or downloaded
- Partial refunds may be considered within first week at IPSuCS discretion
2. Digital Products
All sales final. No refunds once access granted to books, templates, or toolkits.
3. Corporate Training
Cancellation terms specified in signed agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Considered for medical emergencies or documented unavoidable events. Supporting documentation required.
